Exploring the unknown and discovering a new find…that always excites me. I do not define my work as a reproduction of what I see. I try to capture the essence of its source; breathing life to what is invisible to the viewer. I believe that art’s purpose is to communicate, to inspire and provoke, to uplift. Color and light have always been a big part of my work. These are the entry points of my design and composition. The technique and materials I use are important to me and they are only channels to carry my message. “Color intoxicates me and propels me to re-create it.” |
